Shipping terms

We ship our parcels with UPS (United Parcel Service).

Shipping costs:
Shipment to Germany: Insured shipment with UPS included
Shipment to member staates of the European Union (EU): Insured shipment with UPS included

Shipment to the United Staates (USA): Insured shipment with UPS 210.00 USD
Shipment to Australia: Insured shipment with UPS 210.00 AUD

For shipment to countries outside of Europe, we charge a special shipment fee. The amount of the fee depends on the desired target region. 

For delivery to non-EU countries in certain cases other costs can occure that are not raised by zeitlos MG and which are payable by the customer. Such as costs of money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. bank charges, exchange rate) or legal import duties like taxes and duties.
